And the other thing that I wanted to say was, the differences between what we do in meditation. So while were undergoing limbic system rehabilitation, its really important to consciously focus on our gains no matter how big or small they are because we have this innate negativity bias, meaning that we are naturally wired to notice potential threats versus what we can appreciate or whats going good in our life. Theyre not enough to reverse the condition. And it happened for very small moments in time. We had some patients that had gone through the whole thing, the whole Functional Medicine pantheons, so to speak, and had not improved to the degree that we wanted them to.
