The hotel is very unique and interesting but fixing some of these issues would go a long way to create an enjoyable experience. I stayed there for four nights and I forgot a little pillow which was very important to me because I got it from my mom when I was born, when I realized my little pillow was missing, I immediately called the hotel, it had not been 12 hours since I left, but they always told me they could not find my pillow, I assured them it was on the bed, but they made no effort to help me.
